Ideation Sessions
What's an Ideation Session?
Ideas can come from any place in your organization. An ideation session
can provide a forum for people to express specifically focused ideas towards
creating new revenues, new business models, new products or services. An
ideation session provides a safe yet creative environment to create "out of
the box" ideas. Unlimited potential is explored.
Our facilitators use the most proven brainstorming methodologies.
Are you looking for
new ideas?:
Corporations are consistently looking for products or services that are
winners.
Decisions must be made rapidly, objectively and optimally. The process is
usually complicated, time consuming and costly. Often, conflicts between
departments prevent the strategies from going forward. Trying to get
departments to “buy-in” to the concept consumes more time and can prevent a
company from taking advantage of a market window. Research shows that the
cost of this “buy-in” can range from $25K to $300K and take 3-6 months.

Be on the leading edge by getting your scientists, engineers, business
people together to create new products or services.
Solution:
Imagine all departments
represented in one room. There's someone from R&D, engineering,
marketing, sales, finance, production in the session. There is
something missing: no one is trying to force their idea, no one is
filibustering, no one trying to pull
rank, no one is fighting. The facilitator keeps everyone on task,
allows ideas to come to the surface, makes sure that all ideas are
considered, and.... the group actually makes some choices, new ideas that
will go forward.
Sessions usually takes place in under one day., and guarantee results: a
productive outcome.
